Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

1.1 All promotional offers are valid with full-price entry tickets (£18 per person) only.

1.2 Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, concession, free pass, disability allowance entry, carer entry, or any other reduced-price or complimentary admission.

1.3 Only one promotional offer may be applied per visiting group, regardless of group size. A visiting group is defined as all individuals arriving and entering together.

1.4 All offers are subject to availability and venue capacity.

1.5 Exploring Science reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any offer at any time without prior notice.

1.6 Offers have no cash value and are not transferable unless explicitly stated.

1.7 Proof of eligibility may be required at the door. Staff decisions on eligibility are final.

1.8 Exploring Science reserves the right to refuse entry or redemption where it reasonably believes an offer is being misused or abused.

1.9 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1.10 Exploring Science is operated by Coreaxis2 Ltd (Company No. 16929722), Unit 5-6 Francis Way, Bowthorpe Park, Norwich NR5 9JA.

1.11 By redeeming any offer, the visitor agrees to these terms and conditions.

2.1 Buy one full-price ticket (£18) and receive one additional ticket free of charge.

2.2 Maximum 2 tickets per redemption (1 paid + 1 free).

2.3 Valid for 30 days from the date of sign-up.

2.4 One redemption per visiting group.

2.5 Redemption requires showing the WhatsApp, email, or screenshot confirmation at the door. Staff will verify the name against the booking list.

2.6 The free ticket has no cash value and cannot be used on a separate visit.

2.7 Valid from 01 April 2026.

3.1 £50 flat rate for exactly 2 adults and 2 children (standard value £72).

3.2 Strictly 2 adults + 2 children. No substitutions (e.g. 1 adult + 3 children is not permitted).

3.3 All 4 members of the bundle must enter on full-price tickets. The £50 rate replaces the standard £72 total. It does not apply to tickets already discounted for any reason.

3.4 Payment of £50 is made at the door. No advance payment required.

3.5 One bundle per visiting group.

3.6 Valid from 10 April 2026.

4.1 Free entry for one teacher per visit when accompanying at least one child entering on a full-price £18 ticket.

4.2 Valid school ID (staff badge, lanyard, or school-issued identification) must be presented at the door.

4.3 Valid April, May, and June 2026 only.

4.4 One free teacher entry per visiting group, per visit.

4.5 This offer is for personal/family visits only. It is not valid for school group bookings. For school trip pricing, contact [email protected].

4.6 The free entry applies to the teacher only. All other members of the visiting group must hold full-price tickets.

5.1 One child enters free for every adult entering on a full-price £18 ticket.

5.2 Maximum 2 free children per visiting group.

5.3 All adults in the visiting group must hold full-price tickets.

5.4 Valid for 30 days from the date of sign-up.

5.5 One redemption per visiting group.

5.6 Redemption requires showing the WhatsApp, email, or screenshot confirmation at the door.

5.7 Valid from 10 April 2026.

6.1 One free ticket for any person whose birthday falls within the current calendar month.

6.2 Proof of birth month is required at the door. Acceptable proof includes: photo ID, driving licence, passport, NHS medical card, or a child's birth certificate. Staff discretion applies.

6.3 Valid for the current calendar month only. The offer resets each month.

6.4 One free birthday ticket per person, per birthday month.

6.5 Not transferable. The named person must be present.

6.6 All other members of the visiting group must hold full-price £18 tickets.

6.7 One redemption per visiting group.

7.1 The referrer receives a free family pass (4 tickets, value £72) when the referred school completes a paid group booking at Exploring Science.

7.2 One referral reward per school. If multiple people refer the same school, the reward goes to the first referrer on record.

7.3 The reward is issued within 7 days of the school's visit being completed and paid for.

7.4 Valid referrals must result in a booked and completed school visit by 31 August 2026.

7.5 No cash alternative.

7.6 The free family pass is subject to all general terms above. All members of the visiting group beyond the 4 free tickets must hold full-price £18 tickets.

7.7 The free family pass is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

7.8 Exploring Science reserves the right to verify the referral. Fraudulent or self-referrals will not be honoured.

8.1 By signing up for any offer, you consent to receiving WhatsApp, SMS, and email communications from Exploring Science regarding your offer, visit reminders, and future promotions.

8.2 You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing [email protected].

8.3 Your personal data is processed by Coreaxis2 Ltd in accordance with UK GDPR. See our privacy policy at explorings.co.uk/privacy.

8.4 We will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9.1 These offers are intended for genuine visitors to Exploring Science.

9.2 Exploring Science reserves the right to refuse redemption, cancel bookings, or withdraw offers where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, bulk exploitation, or any activity inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

9.3 Offers may not be resold, traded, or distributed for commercial purposes.

9.4 Creating multiple accounts or sign-ups to claim the same offer more than once is not permitted.

9.5 Exploring Science's decision on all matters relating to these offers is final.
